Things to note
- This sheet is a reference/submission format; accounting and tax validity follow your organization's rules.
- Keep the original receipts separately. Reloading clears the list you entered.
- OCR auto-recognition isn't provided, so verify and enter amounts yourself.
Frequently asked questions
Are uploaded receipt images sent to a server?
No. Images are used only for preview inside your browser and are not uploaded or stored on a server. Reloading clears the list, so save your result by printing or saving as PDF.
Does it auto-recognize amounts (OCR)?
The early version uses manual entry. OCR needs a server or external API and adds maintenance burden, so for accuracy and stability we start with manual entry.
How do I save as PDF?
Press “Print / Save as PDF” to open the browser print dialog. Choose “Save as PDF” as the destination to create a submission-ready PDF file.
Images don't show in the printout.
Check that “Background graphics” or image printing is enabled in the print dialog. Also press print after all images have loaded.
How many can I organize?
There's no fixed limit, but more images use more browser memory. We recommend organizing in batches by what you'll submit at once.
